Returns Policy

For the Christmas season, we have an extended return window. Items in new, unused may be returned at any point (in-store or through mail) by February 1. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

You may return most new, unused items that are in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item or items (shipping not included). If your return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will return the original shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item, you would be responsible for the additional shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please login to your account and send us a message through your completed order. If you have troubles finding this, you can submit a "Contact Us" form found on the homepage. Please do not hesitate to call us at either location for further clarification.

Please note free Shipping on orders over $200 does not include free returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us. If you are unsure if the item you are ordering will work, please contact us and we can try to help so you will not need to return.

Orders placed for production companies (ie. movies, tv shows, large events), will be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally we use Canada Post to deliver items, unless specifically asked otherwise.

Most of the parcels will arrive at their destination within Canada 3-7 days after being shipped (usually at most 4 days within Ontario). Quicker options are available upon request, but will cost more. Please ask if needing to rush an item. Canada post is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. These delays may result in your package taking longer than usual. We recommend waiting a couple of days after the guaranteed delivery date to see if the package arrives or the tracking is updated. If you think there is an issue with your package, please contact us.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Orders

International orders are often subject to fees for customs, brokerage and duties/sales tax. These are charged by the customs office at the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees can vary significantly, depending on the destination country and the product itself.

Customs regulations require us to declare the contents and value of a package on the shipping documents attached to the parcel. Customs may open parcels for inspection.

We ship Xpresspost for International orders, which allows us to provide a tracking number.

Although we try to maintain a large selection in each store, not everything on the website is necessarily available in both stores all of the time. Some items may only be available in one location, or could be out of stock. If you are looking for a particular item, we recommend to call in advance to check stock before making a trip to one of our stores.
